MTI Board of Trustees Nominations Now Open
The Metal Treating Institute is now accepting nominations for open positions on its Board of Trustees. There are (4) open seats with three having Members nominated for a second term.
Serving on the MTI Board is one of the most rewarding ways Members can give back to the industry while helping guide the strategic direction of the association. Board Members play a critical role in ensuring MTI continues to deliver valuable programs, services, education, networking opportunities, and industry advocacy that help Member companies thrive in an increasingly complex business environment.
As the heat treating industry prepares for significant challenges and opportunities in the years ahead…including workforce development, artificial intelligence, regulatory changes, technology advancements, and evolving customer expectations…strong leadership has never been more important.
MTI is seeking dedicated leaders who are passionate about the industry and willing to contribute their experience, ideas, and vision to help shape the association's future. Board service provides a unique opportunity to:
- Influence the strategic direction of MTI
- Help develop programs that strengthen Member companies
- Build relationships with industry leaders from across North America
- Give back to an industry that has contributed to your company's success
- Develop your own leadership skills and professional network
Qualified candidates should be actively involved in an MTI Member company and committed to supporting the association's mission of providing Members with the resources, relationships, and knowledge needed to succeed. Being involved in MTI’s committees, attending meetings, and being a YES Leadership Program graduate are a plus in consideration to serving on the Board.
If you would like to be considered for an open Board seat, we encourage you to submit a nomination.
