MTI Graduates 40 Executives in YES Management Training Program

Posted By: Tom Morrison Community,

MTI is excited to announce it graduated another 40 executives from the 2025 YES Management Training Program at the Fall Meeting in Napa, CA on September 24. As each of the 40 executives’ names were read off to come to the podium to receive their graduation certificates on the final night, incredible phrases they had stated about the program rang out:

  • “This program changed my life.”
  • “The YES program helped me find who I really am.”
  • “This program made me a better leader of people.”
  • “My family said there was something different about me and it was good.”
  • “The YES program taught me how to empower my team.”

The list goes on and on with life changing elements for each graduate. Company owners and General Managers of graduates state that the YES program has played an important role in the professional development of building leaders within their company.

Since the YES program was revitalized in 2007, MTI has now graduated over 638 executives from 24 to 72 years of age, at all levels of operations and management.

The program has grown so popular that it sells out 2 years in advance.  The 2026 and 2027 programs both sold out within a few days. The 2028 class will open for registration in July 2026, so mark your calendar for July 1, 2026.
