With labor being your largest costs on your income statement, MTI's Annual Wage and Benefit Survey Report is the industry's #1 resource for wage and benefit data for purposes of helping manage labor costs.  Watch the explanation video to see the strategic benefits and use of the wage and benefit study.

The 2026 Wage and Benefit Survey data submission is now open. The process will be an easy 1, 2, 3 submission:

- Download the data submission form (excel file)
- Complete the form by inputting your data
- Upload your data form at the link provided in the data form

The final compiled report will be provided FREE of charge to all members who submitted their data.  The key deadlines are below: 

2026 Data Submissions Deadline: August 31, 2026
2026 Report Results Released: Late September - Early October 2026

MTI'S CONFIDENTIALITY STATEMENT

Data is secure and confidential with the study being administered by a third party firm, Bellenfant Advisors.  No individual data is released or provided to any company.  The only data released is the compiled report.
