Patrick Rellecke

Patrick Rellecke is a Technical Sales Manager at RoMan Manufacturing, specializing in
power solutions for industrial applications. With over a decade of experience in electrical
engineering and technical sales, he brings a practical, customer-focused approach to
complex heating and automation challenges.

Patrick began his career in Germany, completing an electrician apprenticeship and rising
through roles in testing, technical support, and product management at AEG Power
Solutions. He later moved into Field Application Engineering at Advanced Energy, where
he supported global projects involving SCR power controllers, temperature sensing, and
resistance measurement. His work spanned industries including semiconductor, glass,
steel, oil & gas, and defense, serving major clients like Chevron, Samsung, Owens Corning,
Georgia Pacific and Lockheed Martin.

He also served as Regional Sales Manager for the Texas-Oklahoma-Louisiana-Arkansas
region, growing revenue to over $1 million by aligning technical solutions with customer
needs and delivering strong project outcomes.
At RoMan, Patrick supports OEMs and end-users with application expertise and power
system integration, focusing on reliability, performance, and adaptability in harsh industrial
environments.

He holds a Techniker degree from Lippe Berufskolleg in Germany, equivalent to a U.S.
Bachelor’s in Electrical Engineering. He is fluent in both English and German and is known
for his ability to translate engineering concepts into actionable solutions.
His technical skill set includes Siemens S7/TIA, LabView, AutoCAD and experience with
motor control systems, power factor correction, and system retrofits. Through roles,
Patrick has consistently delivered value by combining deep technical knowledge with
hands-on experience and clear communication.
