My father had worked as a salt room operator for IST, and I became a second-generation heat treater. I achieved certifications in Atmosphere, Induction, Quality Assurance, and shipping & receiving. I am the training coordinator among other duties around the company. When not working I enjoy a good game of golf, basketball, and spending time with my children and grand kids.
