Devon Huckstep

My name is Devon Huckstep, I am the Production Controller for Thermtech's Ryerson Facility. I began my heat-treat journey in June of 2021 when I started at Thermtech working on our IQ furnaces. After a few years of operating furnaces, Thermtech bought a new building in New Berlin, WI, and posted job listings for management at the new facility. I applied in February 2024, interviewed, and before I knew it I had business cards.

I've learned a lot in the last 5 years, but there's still much for me to take in and experience. I look forward to learning and growing with the MTI YES program!
