Andy Czarnecki

My name is Andrew (Andy) Czarnecki and I work as a member of the Project Engineering team at Paulo Products / Aalberts Surface Technologies. I've been fortunate to work a number of interesting and varied roles in a few sectors of manufacturing over the years, including precision machining, carbon fiber product production, and custom fabrication. With these valuable professional experiences in my background, I joined the Project Engineering team at Paulo Products in 2023 as a "Project Engineer - Mechanical." At Paulo, I’ve had the opportunity to manage and support on a number of exciting, interesting, and important capital projects. I work as a member of a fantastic team and I'm excited about the projects I'm currently working on and to see what the future holds for our organization and the heat-treat industry more broadly.

Outside of work, I enjoy spending time with my family, pretty much any outdoor pursuit (camping, hiking, paddling, fishing, cycling, etc.) and I'm an avid runner / trail runner who's always happy to be putting in miles on pavement or a trail.
