Ali Platon, MBA

Ali Platon is the CEO of O&W Heat Treat and Co-Founder and Managing Partner of Savannah Search Capital, where she leads the company’s growth initiatives and financial strategy.

Ali brings a strong background in private equity, M&A integration, and global finance leadership. Prior to founding Savannah Search Capital, she worked with a middle-market private equity fund while completing her MBA at the Yale School of Management.

Earlier in her career, she served as Senior Finance Director at DXC Technology, where she led cross-border teams across the U.S., Canada, and Mexico spanning Tax, Payroll, Finance & Accounting, and FP&A, and managed several large-scale M&A integration projects.

At O&W Heat Treat, Ali is focused on strengthening operational processes, building a high-performing team, and executing strategic growth opportunities.
