The Next Four Years Decide the Next Twenty...Strategic Choices Heat Treaters Can't Afford to Drift On
In this interactive session, Heather Falcone of Cook Induction Heating will help leaders surface the strategy they are already running, identify where assumptions may no longer hold, and stress test current direction against what the next four years are likely to demand. The focus is not on formal planning frameworks, but on practical decision making under real world constraints.
-
How to recognize the strategy your business is already executing
-
Where heat treaters are unintentionally over or under investing
-
Strategic assumptions that commonly fail as shops scale or modernize
-
How labor, capital, and customer mix interact more than expected
-
A simple way to pressure test direction without a formal planning overhaul
Let me know when it is live. Thank you.
