Attack of the Productivity Suckers

So many things keep us from doing what we know we
should be doing, and we are often so distracted, it’s difficult to concentrate on high-value activities. In this session, Laura Stack will offer time management advice from her 25+ years in the trenches, working with thousands of leaders globally. She will discuss how today’s leaders can obtain profitable, productive results by managing the 3 T’s of Time:  Strategic Thinking (Business), Teamwork (Employees), and Tactics (Self). Laura will review the four main things that suck the productivity right out of you/your business and provide new ideas on how to manage time and boost productivity personally, with your team, and in your organization.

10:25 am - 11:45 am:
General Session 2:  Beau Ganas

Growing Your Profits Through Effective KPIs
Having the right data points or Key Performance Indicator that tell you where to make change and fast in today's disruptive business model is key to maximizing profits in the 2020 decade. Business will change at a hyper speed pace in the new decade and you will need to put focus on areas of improvement faster than ever.  Through the Theory of Constraints model, Beau Ganas from Science of Business, will provide the keys on how to identify effective KPIs that will help you drive growth, productivity, and profits.

8:35 am - 10:00 am:  General Session 1:  Chad Sorenson

New Norms, Lasting Change, and Your Bottom Line
2020 brought on anything and everything that was unpredictable.  COVID-19 magnified every weakness a business had in it's value chain and pushed many to their limits.  Civil unrest, new rules driven by COVID and the unpredictability of government rules created a new need for a rapid change process in every facet of people management putting the leader of HR front and center in every company.  Chad Sorenson from Adaptive HR Solutions will share the keys to why your HR department will be your most important department in 2021 and beyond.  Chad will also lead you through a series of table discussions on key elements that will drive change within your people strategies in the future.

10:15 am - 11:15 am:  General Session 2: Featured Keynote - ROB O'NEILL

Never Quit

Robert O’Neill is one of the most highly-decorated combat veterans of our time, and the author of The New York Times best-selling memoir, The Operator: Firing the Shots That Killed Osama bin Laden and My Years as a SEAL Team Warrior. A former SEAL Team Six leader with the Naval Special Warfare Development Group, he deployed more than a dozen times and held combat leadership roles in more than 400 combat missions in four different theaters of war. A highly-trained Navy SEAL, he led the military’s most elite and was involved in our nation’s most important campaigns. With most of his career shrouded in a classified cloak, O’Neill was the man on the ground we have never heard of but know exists. He was one of the quiet professionals performing the most difficult tasks in the most difficult circumstances, serving his remarkable career in the shadows and keeping America safe in the process. Rob will deliver gripping stories, effective strategies and a highly motivational message you won't soon forget.  Learn how the same lessons that helped him survive more than 400 combat missions across four theaters of war, and the same attitude that helped him earn a spot on the Navy's most elite special missions unit, can help all of us aim higher and stand stronger.  Gain invaluable insight into how the military's "best of the best" plan for success when mission failure is not an option.  From preparation, risk assessment and stress management, to leading rather than micromanaging, and above all, never quitting — Rob demonstrates how applying these military tenets can make us winning warriors in business and in life.
