Tom Ihrig from Legacy Energy Group will share the inside story on what's driving volatility in the energy markets and strategies you should consider to minimize the impact on rising costs.
During these presentations, you will also participate in round table discussions with other members to unpack these trends and learn new ideas and best practices.

As with all MTI Regional Chapter Meetings, after the meeting MTI will bill each member in attendance their pro-rata share of meeting and food/beverage expense. Once you register, all attendees have until June 1st to cancel without penalty.

2022 MTI President, Don Hendry, CEO of Pinson Valley Heat Treating, will share the latest details on industry projects and updates on key initiatives MTI is moving forward with to help drive resources to help maximize your plants productivity, quality compliance, and profits.
9:15 am - 10:15 am: Tom Ihrig, Legacy Energy Group
As oil fluctuates and energy policies are changing on the fly, energy markets continue to be volatile. Tom Ihrig will break down key information you need to know and strategies you need to look into to minimize the impact on your monthly energy bills.
10:30 am - 11:45 am Featured Speaker: Ron Hetrick, EMSI DATA
Ron Hetrick will share the real data behind what is causing inflation, supply chain issues, and long term impact with remote work. Ron will dig into key ideas you need to be thinking through to get the work done differently, given the labor drought and rising costs.
1:00 pm - 5:30 pm: Golf Tournament
Members will enjoy a fun filled afternoon with MTI's 4-person scramble golf tournament. MTI's fun rules of golf allow for any level of golfer to participate. With strings, mulligans, throws, and colored balls, it makes for a fun-filled round of team golf where strategy is key to winning.
6:30 pm - 8:30 pm: Dinner and Reception
Members will enjoy dinner and drinks to further discuss ideas they have gained from the day of sessions, and continue networking and building those professional relationships.
