Embracing Change Equals Higher Outcomes
According to Paul Vragel, in business, there are 2 core principals that are driving the problems many companies are experiencing in trying to grow. First, “ninety percent of a (struggling) business' issues are embedded in the system of the business.” The second principal feeds off the first in that “employees" are the world's experts in knowing what they do every day, and no one is asking for their input.” Both of these lead to low outcomes when it comes to making change. MTI is pleased to host Paul Vragel MBA, who is expert on taking a new innovative approach to change that leads to enthusiastic employee buy-in, contribution to change, enhanced profits and growth. Change is happening faster than ever in our history. Attend this chapter meeting to insure you have the systems and buy-in from your employees to take advantage of the change coming your way.
7:00 pm - 8:30 pm: Dinner and Reception
Members will enjoy dinner and drinks to further discuss ideas they have gained from the evenings sessions.
