TOPIC: 
Two Huge Threats to Your Way of Life as a Heat Treater 
MTI members Michael Mouilleseaux from Erie Steel  and Heather Falcone from Thermal-Vac Technology will unpack the key rules being pursued by state and federal government agencies that will make it more costly to do business and even put some out of business if they aren't prepared.

MTI 2024 President Ryan Fussell from Southwest Metal Treating will also give an update on MTI's workforce development project, Jobs of Tomorrow and the new MTI AI platform that is launching March 1.

As with all MTI regional chapter meetings, MTI will bill each companay in attendance their pro-rata share of meeting and food/beverage expense.  Once you register, all attendees have until March 28 to cancel to not be charged for the meeting.

4:00 pm - 5:00 pm: Networking Reception
Enjoy an hour of networking with the best minds in heat treating to end the work day. CEO's and top executives from heat treating companies from all over the Midwest Chapter will be in attendance, sharing new ideas and solutions to the challenges heat treaters encounter.


5:00 pm - 5:15 pm: MTI Report on Industry Projects
 2024 MTI President, Ryan Fussell, owner of Southwest Metal Treating, will share the latest details on industry projects and updates on key initiatives MTI is moving forward with this year.

5:15 pm - 6:30 pm:  General Session on Regulatory Threats

6:30 pm - 8:00 pm: Dinner and Reception
Members will enjoy dinner and drinks to further discuss ideas they have gained from the evenings sessions.
