The HTS Certificate Program is designed to combine knowledge learning with on-the-job training.
The HTS Certificate is awarded to any individual who completes at least 60 credit hours on the MTI Academy for Heat Treaters and verification is provided by their employer indicating that the individual has worked at least 12-consecutive months within the heat treat industry at the time of completion of their 60 credit hours.
Receiving the HTS certificate is valuable to both the employer and employee. As an employer you can feel confident in knowing your employee is trained and dedicated to growing within your company.
