MTI Program Committee, made up of a dozen members, have put together an outstanding program that hits at the heart of topics on everyone’s mind. On day one, David Friedman, an expert on workplace culture, will share the keys to creating a workplace that employees want to engage in. David brings a practical application element to his methodologies that make it easy for you to implement into your company. Following David will be a session on Process Flow Mapping that unpacks the steps you need to take to ensure your plant is setup as efficiently as possible to minimize waste and maximize throughput from order entry to production to shipping. On day 2, two MTI Members will facilitate a Fireside Chat session where Members will break down four very big topics that attendees have chosen.
