MTI’s Management Company, Tom Morrison & Associates, is pleased to announce Kristen Speer has joined their team as Director of Member Experience and Financial Administration.
Kristen is a University of Tennessee alum with a Bachelor’s in Interdisciplinary Studies with a concentration in Business. Kristen has worked several years in a sales and service capacity honing skills such as excellent communication and organizational skills, attention to detail, and multi-tasking. She has worked in insurance and HR industries bringing valuable skills and knowledge to her new role with MTI. She even served as an intern for MTI in 2014, as well as working at Furnaces North America 2018, giving her the unique opportunity to get to know some of our members and what they do.
Kristen and her husband, Garrett, have been Nashville residents since 2015 when they moved for her husband to pursue a career in country music. She is excited to be joining the MTI – TMA team in a full-time capacity, and looks forward to engaging with members at MTI meetings in 2020.
