The 2019 YES class was engaged and inspired to go back to their companies and share the key concepts that have changed many MTI companies since the inception of the YES program.  A few of the key elements from session 1 were:

  • How to build a culture of excellence through people and process
  • How to strategically think through a project
  • The 4-key steps to effective planning
  • How to debrief effectively to eliminate common mistakes in the process
  • How to minimize task overload from draining your productivity

Session 2 takes place May 22-24 in Philadelphia, PA with the focus being on maximizing leadership skills.

The YES program is focused on building future leaders for MTI member companies as well as providing high-level management training for owners and senior leaders who are looking for formal management training.

With the YES program selling out so fast, MTI will be opening registration for YES 2020 in March 2019.  There will be 32 slots available on a first come, first serve basis.  Have your candidate ready to go and lock them into this life changing program!
