Since 2007, over 90 MTI member companies have graduated 250 executives in the MTI YES Management Training program. Many send multiple staff members through the program to create a unified management philosophy within their organizations.
Numerous companies have graduated 8-12 key team members over the last 10 years in the program. All would tell you that it has helped to build a unified management team within their company, and turn managers into leaders who empower their team to be the best they can be.

The 2017 program will take place in four major cities:
SESSION 1: February - Phoenix, AZ
SESSION 2: May - Philadelphia, PA
SESSION 3: July - Detroit, MI
SESSION 4: September 14-16 - San Diego, CA (in conjunction with the MTI National Fall Meeting. Graduation Commencement will be held during the final night’s dinner event.)
Dates for the first three sessions will be confirmed and updated online as we confirm the class has a full enrollment of 30 students.
