What is the Young Executive Series?

The Young Executive Series (Y.E.S.) is a 10 month program where 30 MTI Member owners, executives and managers of “all” ages meet for four 1 & ½ day sessions. Sessions 1, 2 and 3 provide intensive and engaging training by The Corps Group in the areas of team building, systems management, leadership and deal with change  in your business. Session 3 provides a full-day of interactive training on people skills and implementing an effective lean manufacturing model. Participants are also required to complete 15 hours of intensive MTI Online Academy courses on Leadership, Management, Cost Accounting for Heat Treating and Lean Manufacturing. Over the 10 months, participants build an incredible network of peers who will become friends for life. The program also includes 4 to 5 comprehensive plant tours of  local MTI members. The Y.E.S. program is for any MTI company manager who is aiming for the next level in his/her personal growth within the company. Without question, these four sessions are guaranteed to transform the life of those that participate.
