This past winter was one like we haven’t seen in a number of years.  Energy storage was wiped out leaving energy prices soaring in many areas leaving many members wondering what 2014-2015 holds for energy prices.  Legacy Energy Group, MTI’s Official Energy Supplier, will provide an in depth view of what is taking place, energy strategies you should consider and how the shale revolution is going to impact your future energy strategies.

9:45 am – 10:45 am:  Session 2 – Your True Cost of Quality

Whether you are seeking to comply with new ISO 9001 standard, CQI-9, Nadcap or the New MediCred rules, they all have a focus on execution and detail when it comes to quality.  Bob Hill, President of Solar Atmospheres of Western PA, will share with you his experience to maximizing quality and audit performance.  Bob will also share details on the new rules coming soon on how heat treaters who provide services to the medical industry will be subject to Nadcap like audits in the near future.  You don’t want to miss this information.

1:00 pm – Noon:  Session 3 – When You Leave, Will Your Company Disappear

Business succession planning in any family business is such a challenging issue.  Many don’t even have a plan, many don’t know what to do and many don’t know what questions to ask.  Lonnie Brooks, from Mass Mutual Financial Group, has spoken to MTI members before and is one of the most knowledgeable individuals you will meet in the area of family business planning.  During this session, you will learn the steps you need to be taking to ensure the business you have worked all these years to create continues your legacy.

5:30 pm – 11:00 pm:  Cincinnati Reds Baseball Game & Dinner

Members will cap an amazing meeting off with a fun night at the Cincinnati Reds vs Toronto Blue Jays baseball game.  Members will enjoy dinner at the stadium with a nice buffet.  At 7:10 pm sharp, the first pitch will be thrown and members will enjoy a fun evening of networking, home-runs and wild pitches.
