Saturday, June 23

8:00 am—9:00 am:  You Need That New Furnace… So Where Do You Get the Money?

Presented by Kerri Agee – President of Banc-Serv, Inc.

The challenge with 20% growth each year is where do you get the capital needed to expand fast enough to keep up and maximize your market?  With banks still strapped by federal regulations, capital markets are still tight.  Kerri Agee will share the secrets to tapping into new loans and refinancing with the SBA so you can capitalize on the big opportunities.

9:00 am—10:00 am:  Industry Specs…  What You Don’t Know Can Cost You Big Time

Presented by Jim Borczyk – Director of Supplier Support Committee for Nadcap

Curt Holmes- VP Quality/Metallurgy, Commercial Steel Treating and Active Member of AIAG

Industry specifications are the governing documents all heat treaters have to live by in day to day business.  As MTI has become more active with Nadcap, SAE, AMEC and AIAG, there are many things members are not aware of relating to industry specifications that can cost you market share as well as profits.  This session will provide you the inside scoop on how specs are developed, how they will impact your operations and how you can have a voice in the design of the very documents you must live by.

10:15 am — 11:45:  Building High Performing Teams to Lead Rapid Growth

Presented by Kyle “Cruiser” Howlin – The Corps Group

In recent visits to MTI members, the biggest challenge they were having was dealing with the rapid sales growth and creating capacity and space.  Having a high performing team is one of the top solutions to effectively handling rapid growth.  In this session, you will experience an engaging and interactive program based on the keys to building a high performing team.   The MTI 2012 Y.E.S. Class would tell anyone that this is a can’t miss session.

12:30 am — 5:30:  MTI Golf Tournament at Indy Brickyard Golf Course

Don’t miss this opportunity to play a 4-person scramble on one of Indy’s top golf courses inside the famed Indy Raceway.   The Brickyard Golf Club was voted one of Americas top 100 public golf courses by Golf Digest and Golfweek.  Designed by Pete Dye, it has 4 holes inside the oval and 14 holes adjacent to backstretch of the race track and has played host to the PGA Champions Tour Comfort Classic for 7 years 1994-2000, the 2009 Indiana Open Championship and is
only one of a few courses in the country to Host LPGA, PGA, & Champions Tour Events.

6:30 pm – 9:30 pm Final Night Dinner & Reception

The final dinner is always a time of fun and relaxation.  Enjoy talking about what you  have learned in the classroom to match solutions with your daily challenges to enhance your company both professionally and personally.  This is where you decide what ideas you are going to put into action to enhance profits starting Monday morning.
