2:00 pm - 3:30 pm: Welcome Networking Reception
Enjoy networking with the best minds in heat treating while enjoying refreshments in a beautiful outdoor setting. CEO's and top executives from heat treating companies from all over the Great Lakes Chapter will be in attendance to share new ideas and solutions to the challenges as heat treat sales continue to rise. While you are networking, enjoy a game of cornhole, horseshoes and ladder ball.
3:30 pm - 5:00 pm: General Session: How to Leverage Emotional Intelligence in Your Company
Managing and leading people are the keys to growing your company in the future. Executives who manage people are not being fired for lack of knowledge, they are being fired for lack of people skills and emotional intelligence. Dr. Richard Marks is one of America's foremost experts on emotional intelligence. In his interactive session, you and your guests will learn key communication and problem solving skills, how to get the most out of your people and how to develop your staff to be loyal employees. This is a program you and your key management will not want to miss.
5:00 pm - 9:00 pm: Big Bar-B-Que Dinner
Members will enjoy a pig roast that will have been cooked all day onsite and all of the fixins to go with it.
