SESSION 1:  Jason Ashlock - The Frontier Project:  "Storyteller's Secret"

Jason Ashlock is one of the country's foremost business storytellers. In a world where emotion plays such a role in marketing, many companies do not tell their story well, moving employees to buy-in to change or customers to become loyal.  Jason shares the keys to telling your story so people connected with your company "feel" your culture and brand.  During this session, Jason is going to help all attendees assess their work culture and brand to help you know where you need to improve to create AWESOMENESS in your company.

SESSION 2:   Jamie Notter - XOXO:  Driving a Company Culture That Drives Your Workforce

In today's workforce development, demographics suggest that there are limited "qualified employees" for hire.  They are all working.  With low unemployment and supply of qualified workers, it is a MUST your company culture is one that motivates employees to stay, rather than to look for a new job.  Your culture is not what you think it is...it is what your employees believe it is.  Jamie is one of the country's foremost experts on building a culture that embraces the demographic shifts happening in the workforce. In this session, Jamie will share with you the key elements every employer needs to have to drive loyalty among your employees and make them your best new employee recruiter.

SESSION 1:  Ron Hetrick - The Allegis Group:  Where Did The Workers Go?

North America is currently in a set of demographic and cultural shifts that are impacting the ability to recruit qualified workers, retain current ones, and simply have enough to grow your company.  Every industry is fighting for all the same workers.  Ron Hetrick, Chief Economist from The Allegis Group, will share with you, trends and elements that are having dramatic impacts on the workforce now, and  through the next 10 years.  In this session, you will learn the key elements you need to know to make changes to your workforce recruitment and management of your operations to grow your company.

SESSION 2:  Dr. Mike Nichols:  Are You Really Serious About a Long Life

In the world of business, many elements play havoc on our health.  Stress, the daily grind, diet, fitness, not enough sleep, and just trying to get it all done in a full day.  Dr. Mike Nichols' passion is helping people develop a sound "personal health strategy" that gives you the energy, mental capacity, and health to live life well while adding longevity to your life.  Having a good personal health strategy builds confidence, you make better decisions, and you just feel good day-to-day.  This is a must see session.

SESSION 3:  Featured Keynote - Adam Steltzner

Described as “Einstein brilliance meets Johnny Cash cool,” Adam Steltzner can help you harness the power of curiosity to spark innovation and collaborative leadership across your entire organization. From aspiring rock star going nowhere fast, to a history-making Ph.D. rocket scientist, Adam Steltzner is recognized as one of NASA’s leading – and most unique – innovators. For nearly a decade, Adam led and inspired the breakthrough team that invented the ingenious “sky crane” landing system that so spectacularly landed the Mars rover, Curiosity on the Martian surface 300,000,000 miles from Earth in 2012. Next, Adam will lead NASA’s Mars 2020 Project that will gather core samples of Mars for scientific discovery.  This history-making NASA rocket scientist will share with you the power of curiosity and how cultivating zeal for exploration enhances teamwork, elevates leadership, and positively impacts business outcomes.
