Saturday, June 22

8:30 am – 9:15 am:   General Session:  SHARK TANK…  Heat Treater Style

This session will be a surprise, fast paced and creative session.   It is a hit every time we introduce it to members.  You won’t want to miss it.

9:15 am – 10:30 am:   Presented by Shari Harley of Candid Culture

Open and effective communication in the workplace as well as in the sales process, is critical for success.  We allow ourselves to become distracted thus creating obstacles for good communication.  Shari’s session will break down the communication barriers and close the gap in the communication process in your management and sales people.  This is a great interactive session.

10:45 am – 11:30 am:   Industry Round Table Discussions – Jim Roberts, 2013 MTI President

The most valuable sessions are the ones you hear real life feedback and solutions from other members.  MTI President, Jim Roberts from Eclipse Combustion, will facilitate a series of round table discussions on a series of topics including Thriving in the Current Business Climate, Mutual Confidentiality Between Customer and Supplier, Audit Compliance Challenges with ISO and Nadcap, The Latest Lean Manufacturing and Green Initiatives and Ensuring ITAR/EAR Registration Compliance.

1:00 pm – 6:00 pm MTI Scramble Golf Tournament

Enjoy playing golf on Turning Stones Resort and Casino’s award-winning champion golf course while networking with other MTI members.

6:30 pm – 9:30 pm:  Final Night Dinner & Reception

The final dinner is always a time of fun and relaxation.  Enjoy talking about what you learned in the classroom to match solutions with your daily challenges to enhance your company both professionally and personally.  This is where you decide what ideas you are going to put into action to enhance profits starting Monday morning.
