MTI is excited to announce it graduated another 28 executives from MTI member companies at the recent Fall Meeting during Furnaces North America 2016. During the Fall Meeting, executives took part in session IV with the program facilitator, The Corps Group, lead by Kyle “Cruiser” Howlin.
Session IV capped off a 10-month program for YES that included 20+ hours of online training in heat treating and leadership skills, 4-full day training sessions on the keys to leading people, building high performing teams, and effective strategic thinking, and 6 plant tours.
These 28 graduates put the YES program at 364 graduates in MTI’s 83-year history.
