Option 1
You can send MTI’s Official Technical Support Partner, the Heat Treat Doctor, Dan Herring an inquiry through an easy to complete online form. Dan is well respected throughout the industry for his vast array of knowledge on heat treating. Once you submit your request, Mr. Herring receives your inquiry, and will promptly respond to you via email with his research and findings.
Option 2
Post to your choice of discussion forums within MTI. MTI has a set of three key discussion forums any member can use to post comments or questions for feedback.
Open Forum: Made up of 800+ owners, executives and key managers in maintenance, production, operations, quality, and safety.
Owners & General Managers: This group is made up of the key owners or general managers within each MTI member company. This forum is for owners and GM’s to discuss higher-level management or operational issues.
Nadcap/AMEC: Given AMEC and Nadcap meet 8-times throughout the year on aerospace specifications and audit processes, we have an online forum where members who are Nadcap certified can connect with the other MTI members who are Nadcap certified. MTI currently represents 64% of all the Nadcap certified commercial heat treaters in North America and wants to give them a format to improve quality and audit performance through the sharing of information.
